Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on standard ground shipping orders above $200 to our cherished clients all over Canada (subject to some restrictions). We dispatch all orders promptly, and you should receive your package within 5-10 business days (Business days do not include weekends and holidays and there is no weekend delivery). In stock orders placed after 9 a.m. will be shipped out next business day.
Due to the very high shipping costs, all orders dispatched to Yukon, Nunavut, and North Western Territories will be charged a shipping fee regardless of dollar value.

In-Store Pickup

If in-store pickup is selected at checkout, an order confirmation email will automatically be sent when the order is placed. Once the order is available for pickup, another email will be sent indicating pickup details. Please wait for the second email, so that we can have your order ready.

Item Availability

As we have thousands of items online, please note that not all items are always in stock. This is due to manufacturer delays and customer demand. For in store availability, kindly call us at 416-633-3457 to check if an item is in stock.

Longer Shipping Durations

There are certain items that take longer to ship, around 5 weeks. We make sure that the process is smooth and convenient for our clients and one of our courteous agents will work with you closely as you checkout to provide out with an estimated delivery date.
